2. Tell the operator your exact address and the time when the car should arrive (Street name and building number). You can also give the name of a big object if it is an airport, a station, a museum, a theatre or any other sightseeing.
3. Give your destination.
4. Report your name (or passenger's name in case you are not a passenger).
5. Give the passenger's contact phone number.
6. Wait till the operator tells you the price of your trip, the number and colour of the car, and confirm your order.
7. In case the operator is unable to inform you about the number and the colour of the car at the order moment, the operator will accept your order and give you the missing information on the contract phone.
